6 Chicken Breasts, cubed
Breadcrumbs, to roll chicken pieces in
1/2 c Olive Oil
3-4 cloves Garlic, peeled
1/2 c Wine Vinegar
3 T fresh Parsley, chopped
2 6 oz jars Marinated Artichole Hearts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Dredge chicken pieces in the breadcrumbs. Heat oil in large skillet with garlic. Brown chicken lightly. Place chicken in baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle parsley and vinegar over chicken. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Add one jar hearts with liquid and the other without. Bake another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
