Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Turkey broth – from baked turkey
Flour
2 T. lemon juice
Milk – as needed
Salt
Pepper
*may need additional store-bought broth

Directions:
Directions:
In a large stock pan, add two cups of broth from the baked turkey. Slowly whisk in flour to create a paste like consistency. Once the broth has reached the paste consistency, slowly add the remaining broth a cup at a time while continuing to whisk. Once it is smooth and reaches a gravy-like consistency, stop whisking and allow it to thicken up. Slowly add more broth and begin whisking again. Once the gravy has stopped thickening, add approximately two tablespoons of lemon juice. Real lemons are preferred, but bottled lemon juice can be used. You may add a little milk to smooth it out if need be. Add pepper to taste.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Whisking briskly is the key to gravy without lumps. This same recipe can be used for beef gravy using the broth from the baked beef but don’t add lemon juice.
