4 Fish Fillet of your choice
8 Potatoes, diced
8 Slices of Bread, diced
4 Eggs
Parsley, finely chopped
1 Small Onion, chopped fine or use onion salt to taste
2 Celery Stalks, chopped
Sat & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease bottom of baking dish. Lay sliced potatoes on bottom of baking dish. Mix together bread, eggs, parsley, onion or onion salt, salt and pepper and put on top of the potatoes. Lay fish on top of filling and butter the fish. Put a small amount of water over the fish. Bake until the potatoes and fish are cooked through.
