3 - 4 Lb Beef Roast (rump)
3 TBSP Oil
1 Large Onion, diced
4 carrots, diced
1 Small Stalk of Celery, diced
1 No, 2 1/2 Can Tomatoes
Sage to taste (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil, being sure to brown on all sides. Remove meat and slice as thin as possible. Brown vegetables in remaining oil, then drain, add meat to vegetable mixture. Stir in 1 -2 glasses of water and simmer for 2 hours. Thicken with a flour and water mixture.
