1 LB Ground beef
1/2 Cup Quick Oats
2/3 Cup Milk
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 TBSP Flour
1 tsp Paprika
2 TBSP Shortening
1/4 Cup Onion, chopped
1/4 Cup Green Pepper
1 Can (8 oz) Tomato Sauce
1 No. 2 Can of Whole Kernal Corn, drained

Combine ground beef, oats, milk, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and shape into 12 balls. Combine flour and paprika/ Roll balls meat balls in the flour mixture. heat shortening in a pan and brown the meat balls in shortening. Add onions and cook until transparent. Add green peppers and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until corn is heated through.
