Peel bananas. Cut lengthwise. Spread Miracle Whip on cut side of each banana and sprinkle chopped Spanish peanuts on top. Serve immediately.

This is a family recipe from my dad's side of the family. The Hull Cookbook states that before Miracle Whip was invented, they would roll the banana in cream and chopped peanuts.
