1 lb of premade/precooked meatballs (see Meatball Recipe)
1½ cups low sodium beef broth
1/2 cup heavy cream (or sour cream)
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1½ Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 pinch ground nutmeg

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together broth, cream, Worcestershire sauce, cornstarch, garlic, parsley, salt, thyme, pepper, and nutmeg.
2. Pour into a large skillet and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Let simmer until slightly thickened. stirring often, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the meatballs, stir and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until heated through.
4. Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes and refrigerate leftovers up to 4 days.
