- 1lb ground beef
- 1 packet (1oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can (15oz) creamed corn
- 1 can (15oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup crushed butter crackers or breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat, drain fat and stir in ranch seasoning
In a slow cooker, combine beef, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, cheese, sour cream, and milk. Mix well.
Sprinkle crushed crackers over the top and drizzle with melted butter.
Cook on Low for 4-5 hours or High for 2-3 hours.
