3 slices of bacon (cooked)
3 dates (pitted and chopped)
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
8 oz goat cheese
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook Bacon.

2. Remove bacon, add butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard. Whisk together until combined and sugar is dissolved.

3. Chop bacon and add to the above, stir to combine.

4. In a separate bowl, combine goat cheese and cream cheese and season with salt.

5. Scoop cheese mix into a serving bowl or dish, and top with pecan mixture.

Serve with crackers or bread
