1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning
3 eggs
1-1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
2 tomatoes, diced
1 c. shredded cheddar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Brown beef and onion. Add taco seasoning. Put beef mixture into a 10 inch pie plate. Beat 3 eggs; add milk and Bisquick. Pour egg mixture over the meat. Bake 25 minutes. Top with diced tomatoes and cheese. Bake another 8-10 minutes. Cool a few minutes; cut and serve with sour cream and shredded lettuce if desired.
