4 Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 box frozen, chopped broccoli
1 small chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large packet minute rice (1½ cups)
½ lb. block of Velveeta cheese (cut in small cubes)
1½ sticks margarine

Directions:

Boil and shred chicken and set aside.

Cook Minute Rice and set 1½ cups aside

Melt butter and thaw broccoli in microwave. Add onion, soups and stir. Add cheese and soften in microwave, stir all together.

Add chicken and rice to above mixture and mix well.

Preheat oven to 350º and prepare 9x12 pan, spray with Pam. Transfer mixture to pan and cook for 55-60 min. Until bubbly and browning on top.
