2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1-1/2 c. coconut

Rum Sauce:
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. dark rum

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Put ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Blend for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into a 9 inch buttered pie pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until set. Let pie cool for 20 minutes. (The pie makes its own crust as it bakes.)

While the pie is baking, make the rum sauce. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and stir until it dissolves and the mixture is smooth. Add the dark rum and cook for 1 minute over medium heat.

To serve, slice the pie and drizzle with the warm rum sauce.
