Sauce:
4 cups tomato sauce
4 cups water
2 tsp Worcestshire sauce
1/2 tsp allspice
2 tsp red chili powder
2 tsp brown sugar
1tsp celery seed

Meatballs:
2lbs hamburger
2 cups uncooked rice
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring ingredients for sauce to a boil and let simmer while combining ingredients for meatballs

Mix ingredients for meatballs together and form into 1 inch balls and place in a large baking pan. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake for 1 hour and 15 min. Optional: use rice a roni instead of rice and use seasoning packet to mix with hamburger.
