1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. Cocoa Krispies
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir in Cocoa Krispies. Drop by teaspoon on greased baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Check to be sure they don't get too brown.

This recipe was given to me by my P.E.O. Chapter AL, VA sister, Mickey Ring. She would make these as mini, bite-sized cookies. I double this recipe and make larger cookies.
