½ cup butter
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
¼ salt
1 large egg
2 tsp.vanilla
1¾ cups flour
1 tsp cream of tartar
Topping:
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, cream cheese and sugar together. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Add flour, salt and cream of tartar and mix until well blended. Form into balls about 1 inch across and roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake at 400 for about 8 minutes.
