Ingredients: 16 oz box dried elbow macaroni pasta 3 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp butter, cut into small cubes 2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk 2 cups whole milk 1 ½ tsp salt ½ tsp dried mustard ¼ tsp smoked paprika ¼ tsp black pepper a few dashes of Texas Pete hot sauce, optional but recommended-doesn't make spicy 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese 16 oz block Velveeta cheese, cut into small cubes

Directions:1. Cook macaroni for 4 min, then drain 2. Lightly spray the insert of a 6-quart (or larger) crock pot with Pam and add cooked macaroni. 3. Top with olive oil and butter, combine well. 4. Add all remaining ingredients and stir together 5. Cover and cook on low for 2 hrs., stirring after one hour. 6. When 2nd hour is up, stir mac and cheese again very good.
