Marinade:
¼ cup Olive oil
⅓ cup ranch dressing
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp minced garlic
¾ tbsp ground black pepper
Chicken:
4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Salt as needed
Parmesan Crust
1 cup Parmesan cheese (cut into small pieces)
1 cup Provolone cheese (cut into small pieces)
⅓ cup ranch dressing
Panko Topping:
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
⅓ cup butter (melted)
2 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt

Marinade:
1. In a large bowl, whisk all the marinade ingredients together and set aside.

Chicken:
1. Pound each chicken breast and season with salt to your liking. Add the pounded chicken into the bowl with marinade, cover and marinate for 30 mins or if time allows, overnight.
2. In a large pan/skillet, heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil over medium-high heat, sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 12 min (6 min on each side).

Preheat oven to 450º F.

Parmesan Crust:
1. Combine all ingredients and divide into equal portion, spread on top of each chicken breast.

Panko Topping:
1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together.
2. Top the chicken with the panko mixture generously.

Bake on 450º F until cheese is melted and crumbs start to brown, approx 5 min.
