6 C. cranberry juice
2 oranges – squeeze juice from oranges – approximately 1 C. of juice
2 12 oz. cans of seltzer
2 apples cored and slice
2/3 C. frozen cranberries
½ C. packed basil leaves

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pitcher, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, and seltzer. Add fruit and basil and stir to combine. Pour over ice and serve.

A friend from Starbucks shared this recipe with me. Her family serves it each Christmas Eve. If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can use ginger ale in place of the seltzer.
