1½ c bread crumbs
1½ t Italian seasoning
⅓ C Parmesan cheese
1 t garlic salt
1 Egg well whisked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350ºF.
Mix together all of your dry ingredients in a pie plate or other large flat dish and put aside. Whisk your egg in a dish large enough to place a piece of chicken. Place a couple tablespoons of oil in a fry pan and heat up in preparation for cooking your chicken.Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture and then put in the breadcrumb mixture and coat both sides well. Place chicken in the frying pan to get a nice little sear on it. Then place in glass or cast iron pan for baking in the oven.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.

Personal Notes:
You can also use bone in chicken, it will take about 45 minutes to bake. It is best to a Digital thermometer so you know precisely when your chicken is done.
This is a recipe that Rachel Lake Monson shared with me, it is wonderful for a small or large groups. I like to use it while entertaining because you can make a large quantity and it will all be done at the same time.
