1 1/2 Tablespoons oil
1 pound ground beef (I have used cubed pork and it's very good)
1/2 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced (I used jarred)
2- 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon cilantro
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large potato ( I used 2 to stretch meal) cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup water ( or a bit more)
1 beef boullion cube
1 can corn

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef, add onions and salute till tender. Add garlic, cook for two minutes.

Season meat with your spices.

Make your broth. ( Heat water in microwave, add bullion and stir to dissolve)

Stir in tomato sauce.

Add potatoes and corn ( some use green beans instead of corn, but my son won't eat)

Simmer on low 35 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through.
