Thin sliced boneless chicken breast
Swiss cheese -1 per breast
thin sliced ham- 1-2 per breast

Saute salted chicken breasts in a pan, or using an Instant Pot cook on high pressure for 6 to 7 minutes if it is thawed or 9 if it is frozen. If you use the Instant pot method remove chicken from Instant Pot when it is done cooking and put in a pan over medium heat. Fold each piece of ham in half and lay on the breast of chicken and top that with a piece of Swiss cheese. Put a lid over your pan and cook until the cheese is melted.
 

Mustard Sauce

One part mayonnaise (Quite often we use two parts mayonnaise and no sour cream)
one part sour cream
one part yellow mustard

Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together and slowly add your mustard tasting as you go to make sure that you like the balance of mustard to fats.
