6-8 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bit-sized pieces
4 eggs beaten well
2 boxes (pints) whole or sliced mushrooms
Bread Crumbs
2 ½ lb. sliced muenster cheese
1-2 chicken bouillon cubes
4T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken pieces in the eggs for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Coat each piece in bread crumbs and fry until browned
Melt 2T. each into 2 9x13 pans
Layer browned chicken, mushrooms, on top, then cheese
Repeat so each pan has 2 layers of each ingredient
Boil 1 ½ C. water. Dissolve bouillon cubes in the water.
Divide evenly over each pan.
Bake 40 minutes at 325º
