1 c sliced carrots,
1 c onions
1 c celery
1/2 c green, red and yellow pepper
or the small peppers
1 1/4 lb lean beef or deer steak diced
2 t crushed ginger
1 t each cumin, turmeric, paprika, curry powder
1/4 t chili powder
2 t beef bouillon or soy sauce
1/2 c cranraisins
1 c peeled apple, diced
1/4 - 1/2 c regular milk
2 T cornstarch
12 oz. coconut milk
Add more curry paste to add more spices
Serve with cooked rice

Steam vegetables until still crunchy. Save the water.
Brown beef. Set aside. Cook carrots, onion, celery. Add ginger and all the spices. Cook for 2 minutes. Add 1 c veggie water, beef bouillon, with raisins and apples.
Cook for 2 more minutes. Add veggies, simmer for 5 minutes. Blend coconut milk, milk with the cornstarch. Pour into pan. Heat until mixture thickens.
Suitable to froze for 2-3 weeks.
