1 cup Salted Butter Chilled
¾ cup Light Brown Sugar
¾ cup granulated sugar
1½ cup creamy peanut butter - Jif or Skippy
2 large eggs chilled
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups All-purpose flour
¼ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt

Dark chocolate wafers or semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Get cookie sheets and silicone mats ready.
3. In your mixer bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and peanut butter, until smooth, at least 2 minutes.
4. Beat in vanilla extract and eggs.
5. In a separate bowl, combine baking powder salt and flour. Add to wet ingredient mixing bowl a little at a time.
6. Mix until thoroughly blended. Dough should be pulling away from the bowl.
7, Chilling the dough is not necessary. Roll out the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper.
8. Bake at 350º for 9 minutes, depending on the size of the cookie.
9; Once cookies are cool. Melt the chocolate and use a tablespoon of chocolate on the silicone mats and then put a cookie on top of it. Also, you can drizzle on top of the cookies as well.
