1 box pasta of your choice
½ onion
2 tbsp garlic powder
Red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp dry parsley
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste (low sodium if possible)
½ cup pasta water
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put water to boil for noodles (cook to instructions on box). Heat up pan and add butter, onion, garlic powder and red pepper; cook until onions are translucent. Add salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, Cajun seasoning, chili powder and garlic powder to pan and incorporate. Add in tomato paste and stir until blended. Add pasta water and stir until incorporated. Add heavy whipping cream and stir until becomes an orange sauce. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until cheese is melted completely. Add in cooked pasta and sir until evenly coated. Serve and top with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
