½ c. - butter OR margarine, softened
1 c. - brown sugar, packed
¼ c. - sugar
2 T. - honey
½ tsp. - vanilla
1 - egg
1 c. - all-purpose flour
1 tsp. - cinnamon
½ tsp. - baking powder
¼ tsp. - salt
1½ c. - quick cooking oats
1¼ c. - Rice Krispies
1 c. - raisins
1 c. - chopped nuts
1 c. - chocolate chips
¼ c. - coconut

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl cream butter and sugars. Add honey, vanilla, and eggs, mix well. Combine dry ingredients. Mix with creamed mixture. Stir in oats, cereal, nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, & coconut. Press into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes or until the top is lightly browned. Makes approximately 2 dozen bars.

I always make a double batch so that it is thicker in the pan. Raisins, nuts, chocolate chips, coconut should be added to preference.
