½ cup butter (1 stick)
2 tbsp flour
2 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 pint heavy cream
½ cup Italian shredded cheese blend
Directions:
Directions:
On medium heat melt butter completely. Add flour, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; whisk together. Add heavy cream; whisk until thick. Add cheese blend and stir in with a spoon. Do not whisk!
