1 cup of self-rising flour
1 cup of 05 fat Greek yogurt
Any seasoning you desire

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and yogurt in a mixing bowl with a fork. Once clumpy knead dough with hands.
Break dough ball into 4 balls. Put foil on a baking sheet. Form the 4 dough balls into bagel shape. Put seasoning on bagels. Preheat oven to 400º. Bake for 23-30 minutes.
