Directions:
To a lightly greased crockpot (or use crockpot liner), add entire bag of frozen hash browns, cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, onions (chives) and seasonings.
Cook on high for about 3 hours
While soup is in crockpot, cook your bacon and cut into bite size pieces (the precooked bacon works good for this)
After 3 hours add 3/4 of bacon and 3/4 of cheese. Reserve the extra for your toppings
Stir and cook for an additional 30min to 1 hour
Top with the extra bacon, chives and cheese.
