1 sweet onion
1 Ziploc bag
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup flour
1 tbsp Tony Chachere's
4 tbsp garlic powder
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onion very thinly (about an ⅛ of an inch), Add seasoning to flour in Ziploc bag until the flour is light yellowish from the garlic powder, with other colors here and there from the Tony's, don't over do it - but you should be able to see the seasoning. Dip onion in flour mixture, remove. Dip onion strings in egg, and then again in flour mixture. Fry onions in oil until golden brown.
