1 lb. Lean ground beef
1 Cup fresh bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1 Egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, parsley, parmesan, garlic powder, black pepper, salt and beaten egg. Mix well.

2. Shape mixture into 12 large meatballs.

3. Sautee in olive oil until brown but not cooked through.

4. Simmer in sauce for at least a half hour.
