Ingredients: 2 can (10.5 ounces) Cream of Chicken Soup 1 cup sour cream 1 cup salsa or 1/2 cup taco sauce 2 pk taco seasoning 3/4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (chopped and cooked) 2 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese 10 flour tortillas (warmed) 1 tomato (chopped) 1 green onion (sliced)

Directions:Preheat oven to 350 Stir soup, sour cream, salsa/taco sauce, 1 cup shredded cheese in bowl (set aside) Once chicken is cooked add taco seasoning then add 3/4 soup mixture with chicken leaving some for top Divide chicken and soup mixture between tortillas in baking dish/casserole dish rolling them with seam side down Top remaining soup mixture on tortillas Cover baking dish Bake for 35 mins Top with remaining cheese leaving cover off bake additional 10/15 mins until cheese is melted Top with tomato and green onions, sour cream more taco sauce whatever you fancy.

Notes: This is one of my families favorites. Always requested when doing big dinners. Some kids don’t like the guts in salsa so I switched to taco sauce which works well. Once dished out they can top however they prefer. This is one of those recipes that can easily be adjusted for family preferences. We usually have it with Mexican rice on the side.
