1 large bag - pecan sandies
6 T. - oleo, melted
8 oz. - cream cheese
1 c. - powdered sugar
16 oz. - Cool Whip
1 large box - chocolate instant pudding
3 c. - milk
1 small bag - pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Crush 24 pecan cookies, add melted oleo, pat into 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake for 12 minutes at 350º. Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Then add 8 oz. Cool Whip. Spread on crust, which should be cool. Mix pudding with milk and spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining 8 oz. of Cool Whip. Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle on top of dessert. Sprinkle pecans on top.
