1. 3-4 lb London Broil (or whatever meat you like)
2. 1 jar pepperoncinis
3. 1 packet Italian dressing mix
4. 1 packet brown gravy mix

Optional:
1. Potatoes, washed and sliced into 4 sections
2. Carrots, Baby Carrots work great

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place meat in crock pot sprinkle Italian dressing and gravy mixes over meat and
then pour pepperoncinis, including juice in jar over meat.

If using Potatoes and carrots:

1. Place meat, potatoes and carrots in crock pot, sprinkle Italian dressing and gravy
mixes over mixture and then pour pepperoncinis, includ over meat.

Cook on low for 8-12 hrs, depending on size of meat.
