1 Package Beef Cubes
1/2 Cup Flour
Sat to taste
Pepper to taste
Olive oil
1 Container Beef Broth
Potatoes
Celery
Carrots
1 TBSP Corn Starch
1/4 Cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt & pepper. Add beef cubes to the flour mixture making sure to coat all of the cubes. Heat up the oil in a Dutch oven. Add beef cubes and cook until browned. Add beef broth and cook slowly for 2 hours. Add potatoes, celery, onion and carrots. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Mix the cornstarch and water together and pour into the Dutch oven to thicken to a gravy consistency.
