1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1/2 Yellow Onion - diced small

3 Cloves Garlic

1 Teaspoon Thyme leaves

4 Teaspoons Salt

2 Teaspoons Pepper

3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste

4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 Cup Chicken Broth

1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef

1 Cup Unseasoned Breadcrumbs

2 Eggs - whisked

1/3 Cup Ketchup

Directions:

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat

Add olive oil to coat the bottom

Add onions, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper - Cook until onions are translucent

Add the tomato paste and brown over low heat for 3 minutes

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and chicken broth then turn off the heat

Combine the ground beef, garlic mixture, breadcrumbs and eggs in a large mixing bowl

Shape the meatloaf into an oval loaf

Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the crisper plate in the air fryer

Place the crisper plate into the air fryer, place the parchment paper onto the crisper plate and then place the meatloaf on top of the parchment paper

Spread the ketchup across the top of the meatloaf

Select the Bake function, adjust temperature to 335º and time to 45 minutes, press Start

When time is done, allow to set and cool for 10 minutes then remove from air fryer
