½ c. - margarine
2 - garlic cloves
½ c. - flour
1 tsp. - salt
2 c. - milk
2 c. - chicken broth
2 c. - mozzarella, shredded
½ c. - Parmesan, grated
1 medium - onion, chopped
1 tsp. - basil
½ tsp. - oregano
¼ tsp. - pepper
8 oz. - lasagne noodles, uncooked
2 c. - cottage cheese, undrained
2 c. - chicken, cooked
1 (10 oz) pkg. - spinach, chopped, thawed & drained
½ c. - Parmesan cheese

Heat margarine over low heat until melted. Add garlic. Stir in flour and salt and cook. Stirring constantly until bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk and broth. Heat to boiling. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in mozzarella, ½ c. Parmesan, onion, basil, oregano, & pepper. Cook over low heat until mozzarella is melted.

Spread 1½ c. of cheese mixture into a 13 x 9 baking dish. Top with 3 or 4 uncooked noodles. Spread ½ of cottage cheese over noodles. Repeat with 1½ c. of cheese sauce and 3 or 4 noodles. Then remaining cottage cheese. Top with all of the chicken, all of spinach, and 1½ c. sauce. Layer the rest of noodles and cheese sauce, sprinkle ½ c. Parmesan on top. Bake uncovered at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes.
