1 1/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. margarine
4 lg. marshmallows
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, margarine, and milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 1 1/2 minutes. Add marshmallows and chocolate chips. Beat smooth. Cool slightly before frosting, but not too long or it will harden.
