2 1/2 c. & 1 T. flour
1 1/4 t. cinnamon
14 t. freshly ground nutmeg
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 c. oil (1/2 c. oil & 1/2 c. applesauce)
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 t. vanilla
3 T. orange juicemixed
1 1/2 - 2 large apples (golden delicious) peeled , 1/2 in chunks =3 c. apples
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and beat.
Sift and ad dry ingredients.
Add orange juice.
Add apples and juts,fold in.
Bundt pan-greased & floured
350 degrees for about 1 hour

Caramel Sauce:
Poke holes in cake and brush over cake. (there is enough to brush on cake and save some for serving.
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
bring butter and sugar to a boil. add 3/8 c. cream or 1/2 c. half and half
Simmer 3 minutes uncovered.
