1 32-ounce Ore Ida cubed frozen hashbrowns
1 16-ounce sour cream
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 tablespoons minced onion
Salt and pepper
Parsley flakes
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Place frozen hashbrowns in a large bowl. Mix soups, sour cream, onion and salt and pepper and pour over hashbrowns, mix well. Place in pan, sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Bake uncovered for 2 hours.
