Ingredients:  
Fill pot with water and add salt to water

2-3 chicken breasts with bone and ribs or 1 whole chicken or bone chicken of any kind

2 whole onions, sliced
Chopped celery
Diced carrots
Fresh Parsley (7 sprigs tied together)
Add chicken bullion or chicken base to taste if needed

Boil and simmer 1 1/2-2 hours, stirring intermittently.

Strain,
Drop in noodles into boiling soup and add back in rest of ingredients.


Dumplings:

4 Tablespoons flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup farina

Mix and add water as needed. Let sit to remove air bubbles.

Drop forkfuls into boiling soup
