1 1/2 lb. potatoes
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/3 cup +1 tbsp water
butter
paprika
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & thinly slice potatoes; arrange in greased 9 x 13” pan.
Dot potatoes with butter; sprinkle with paprika, salt & pepper.
Pour soup/water mixture over potatoes.
Bake at 350° 1 1/2 hrs or until tender.
(optional) When potatoes are cooked through cover casserole with cheese slices & bake until bubbly and slightly browned.
