Mix the first three ingredients together and pat in a greased and floured 9 x 12 pan:

1 box of yellow or butter cake mix
1 stick of margarine
2 eggs

Mix the next three ingredients together and pour over first mixture:

1 box of powdered sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese (softened to room temperature)

Bake at 350º for 1 hour until done.
