4-6 Tomatoes
2 Jalapeņos seeds removed
1 Serrano pepper
1/2 white onion
1 lime
1 T olive oil
1/2 T Chicken bouillon powder
1/2 T minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Small handful of cilantro

Directions:

In large cast iron or aluminum skillet add olive oil and heat on medium high
Add tomatoes, peppers and onions to the pan
Heat for approximately 12 minutes turning every few minutes to get a good char on all sides of ingredients
Remove from heat and add directly to blender
Add juice from one lime and remaining ingredients to the blender
Pulse 4-5 times for a few seconds until you reach desired consistency
