Directions:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350º. GREASE LOAF PAN(S)

IN YOUR MIXER, STIR TOGETHER THE SOFTENED BUTTER AND SUGAR UNTIL IT JUST BEGINS TO LIGHTEN. ADD THE EGGS, VANILLA, LEMON AND INCORPORATE WELL.

COMBINE THE FLOUR, BAKING SODA, BAKING POWDER, AND SALT. STIR INTO THE BUTTER MIXTURE UNTIL SMOOTH. DON'T OVERMIX.

FOLD IN THE SOUR CREAM, NUTS, AND BANANAS.

SPREAD EVENLY IN THE PREPARED PAN(S)

COOL LOAF IN PAN FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES BEFORE REMOVING AND PLACING ON WIRE RACK. COOL LOAF COMPLETELY BEFORE CUTTING.

IF YOU USE SMALLER BAKING PANS YOU CAN DO ABOUT 3 LOAVES.
