1½ lbs extra-lean ground beef
¼ cup AP flour
3 Tbsp Half & Half
2 oz package of onion soup mix
10½ ounces canned French Onion soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix the ground beef with the Half & Half and onion soup mixture using your hands.
Shape the beef mixture into 6 oval-shaped patties.
Dredge them in flour.
Heat a cast iron skillet and sear the beef patties for about 2-3 minutes on both sides.
Remove patties from the pan and discard the grease.
Return patties to skillet and pour undiluted soup over the top.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then serve hot.
