1-1/2 lbs. round steak, cut 1/2" thick.
1 envelope brown gravy mix with mushrooms,
1 tbsp. instant minced onion,
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 bay leaf
1 can mushrooms
Spaetzle or hot buttered noodles.

cut meat in 1" squares. Grown in 1 tblsp oil. Remove from heat and put in crockpot. Add gravy mix and 2 c. water. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low 4-5 hours. 1 hour before serving, add enough flour and water to thicken the gravy.
Serve over noodles or spaetzle.
