Ingredients:
Two 2# packages hash browns
1-1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream celery soup
1 can cream potato soup
1 can cream mushroom soup
one carton 10-oz sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick of melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Let frozen hash browns stand at room temp. a while to thaw. Then mix all ingredients together (except melted butter), place in a 10 x 15 casserole and pour melted butter over top. Bake 1 to 1-1/2 hours at 350º. Sometimes I get the hash browns with bell peppers and onions, then I don't add the chopped onion.
