Temperature: Increase oven temperature by 15-25°F.

Baking Time: Decrease baking time by about 5-8 minutes per 30 minutes of baking time.

Moisture: Increase liquid by 1-2 tablespoons per cup.

Stability: Add 1 tablespoon of flour per cup of flour.

Leavening: Decrease leavening by 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon per teaspoon of leavening agent.

Sugar: Decrease sugar by 1-3 tablespoons per cup.

Fat: Decrease fat (shortening or oil) by 1-2 tablespoons per cup of fat.
