1 lb Italian sausage
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 bunch of kale
4 cups of chicken stock
4-6 russet potatoes, peeled and chopped into cubes
1 tsp red pepper flakes. (add more if more heat is desired.)
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups heavy cream
1 large white onion, chopped

Directions:

Brown the sausage over medium heat, then drain. Combine everything except the kale and cream, and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4. Add cream and kale, stir in, and cook another 30 minutes.
